About Beth

For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about psychology, spirituality, self-growth, and deeply connecting. I have woven these interests into my life from the time I was a child, and have seen the fruits of pursing a journey that focuses on interior freedom alongside outer purpose. Along the way I’ve been so fortunate to pursue various experiences, education, certifications, etc. I’ve worked in the corporate, higher ed and nonprofit sectors, and have developed my skills and talents in counseling, teaching, meditation, career/professional development, yoga, leadership, facilitation, team development and fundraising. Through the challenges and gifts of my journey, a deeper calling to work at both the individual level and the community level has emerged. Thus I am practicing as a counselor/career consultant/yoga teacher as well as the founder/leader of a nonprofit. The intention I hold is to create a space – a safe container – of acceptance, compassion, connection and healing such that you are supported and inspired to move through the things that hold you back, and blossom more fully into the beautiful human being that you are. Our communities will thrive when we actively seek to become grounded, strong, stable, healthy, passionate individuals. I invite you to join me in being and living the change we all wish to see in the world.
